1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Gurdabi Services website and any quotes, surveys or services we provide. By requesting a survey or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes and estimates
Any cost estimate or range provided — including via our online estimator — is indicative only and not a binding quote. A firm quote is issued after a site survey. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Services
We provide drone and robotic cleaning, facade restoration, solar panel washing, community hygiene, industrial equipment cleaning and site survey and mapping. Work is carried out by CASA-certified operators in line with applicable Australian standards.
4. Access and safety
You agree to provide safe, lawful access to the site and accurate information about the structure, surface and any hazards. We may decline or pause work where conditions are unsafe or access is not reasonably available.
5. Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Invoices are payable in Australian dollars unless agreed otherwise. We reserve the right to charge for aborted visits caused by inaccurate site information or unsafe access outside our control.
6. Liability
We carry appropriate insurance and take care in our work. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any service is limited to the cost of that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.
